HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • What is it?: a short workout for your kids to do in the comfort of their living room.
  • ​​​When is it? Every weekday beginning Wednesday, April 1st at 3:15pm.
  • ​How old do they have to be? Best ages will be between 11-18 years old. 
  • ​​How long is the class? Class is a full 45 minutes. 
  • ​​How do I sign up? You will sign up with the link provided, then an email will be sent with the link to join the LIVE Zoom webinar to see friends/family/classmates workout with you too! 
  • ​​Do I need to download Zoom? No! An email will be sent after you sign up, and all you have to do is click the link ‘join webinar’!

Coach Kasey Marble played sports in his youth and has been coaching CrossFit since 2012. His goal with High Mountain Kids & Teens is to empower youth to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. Movement is the foundation of anything you want in your personal life, work-life or in the world of youth sports. He believes that youth should have an opportunity to develop themselves into the type of person and athlete they strive for.
